We’re creating opportunities for people to earn degrees, build skills and advance their careers. If you have a high school diploma or a GED, you’re eligible to work in our early learning and school-age care programs and take classes toward a degree at no cost.

We offer several options:

ECE apprenticeship program – Earn while you learn in this innovative program that pairs on-the-job learning with coursework to earn a Child Development Associate (minimum of a 9-credit credential), an associate’s or bachelor’s degree. You’ll get on-site job coaching from a supportive supervisor to help you succeed. The benefit of this program is that course content is shorter because some of your learning is completed while you work.

TEACH program – Take classes, get paid release time to complete homework and help with tuition and books through this program that will pay for your associate’s or bachelor’s degree. While it takes a little longer to finish a degree, you can graduate debt free. You become eligible for funding after one year of employment. Additional program details are available here.
