Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy
The Learning Lamp is committed to a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
Each individual has the right to work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal employment opportunities and prohibits discriminatory practices, including harassment. Therefore, The Learning Lamp expects that all relationships among persons in the workplace will be business-like and free of bias, prejudice and harassment. If you feel you have been treated unfairly, you have the right to file a complaint or grievance. If an employee making a complaint does not agree with its resolution, the employee may appeal to The Learning Lamp’s Chief Executive Officer. Employees are not required to direct an appeal to any individual involved in the original review.
Individuals also have the right to file a complaint with external agencies, including the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights.
