Screen2Succeed
Is your child meeting developmental milestones?
Screen2Succeed aims to increase the number of Cambria County children ages birth to five years old who are screened for developmental progress to pinpoint areas of growth, identify strengths, and catch developmental delays. This ensures children who may need support services are connected to them before enrolling in school.
Did you know?
- 1 in 4 children has some developmental delay, disorder, and/or disability.
- Children who are screened for and receive early treatment for developmental delays before kindergarten are more likely to graduate from high school, hold jobs, live independently, and avoid problems as teenagers.
Screen2Succeed gives your little one the best chance to be successful in school. We use the Ages & Stages Questionnaire, which is easy to use and most accurate when completed by parents or caregivers. ASQ-3 screens for developmental milestones. The questionnaire has 30 questions which can be completed in 10-15 minutes. The screening tool is free to families.
